If you have been a fan of the 90s cinema, then you must have been familiar with all the actors of that decade. Well, some waned with time, but others have remained stable till now. These include Akshay Kumar, Shahrukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, and Aamir Khan. One more actor in the Khan brigade I would like to add is none other than WOW actor Saif Ali Khan. I have grown up watching his films with other actors. He made a good pair with co-star Akshay Kumar in films like Yeh Dillagi, Main Khiladi Tu Anari, Keemat, Aarzoo, and Tashan.
If we look at his early films then he used films where he portrayed comic and romantic actors with some serious tone. But with time he has developed as a method actor in doing different kinds of roles including the negative ones in Omkara and Tanhaji. And now again he is playing a baddie Ravan character in the upcoming controversial film Adipurush. Now he has reshaped himself as an actor who can do any kind of role. He even overshadowed the new-age actor Arjun Kapoor with his perfect comic role in Bhoot Police. Saif did also extremely well in the film Laal Kaptaan.
You must be a fan of Saif Ali Khan with his portrayal of different characters on the big screen. But you might not have much idea about his early life, career, and earnings. Well, today I am going to brief you all about it in this article. So let us begin.

After the demise of his father in 2011, Khan attended a symbolic pagri ceremony that took place in the village of Pataudi, Haryana.
He was crowned as the 10th Nawab of Pataudi. Saif has two younger sisters named Saba and Soha Ali Khan. Where one is a jewelry designer, and another is also into the profession of acting. Saif did his studies at The Lawrence School (Himachal Pradesh), Lockers Park School in Hertfordshire, and Winchester College.
Personal life
Saif Ali Khan was married to Amrita Singh in 1991 but later got divorced in 2004. Both are parents to daughter Sara Ali Khan who is also an actress, and son Ibrahim Ali Khan. Then in 2012 on 16th October, he married Kareena Kapoor in a private ceremony in Bandra, Mumbai. The reception took place at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and Lutyens Bungalow Zone in Mumbai and Delhi. Both became parents to sons born in 2016 and 2021.
Career
Saif Ali Khan did not get early success as an actor with one rejection in Bekhudi, where he was replaced by the actor Kamal Sadanah and other flop films Parampara (his debut film) Aashiq Awara and Pehchaan. He tasted success with films Imtihaan opposite Sunny Deol and Raveena Tandon and other films paired with Akshay Kumar which were Yeh Dillagi and Main Khiladi Tu Anari.
But again his career did not take an upside swing and once again followed with 9 consecutive unsuccessful films including Suraksha, Ek Tha Raja, Bambai Ka Babu, Tu Chor Main Sipahi, Dil Tera Deewana, Hamesha, Keemat: They Are Back (with Akshay Kumar), and Humse Badhkar Kaun.
He did experience some hits with films like Dil Chahta Hai (multi-cast) and Kya Kehna co-starring Preity Zinta and Chandrachur Singh. But that was not enough to upgrade his falling career graph. However, as it says, bad times never last long in life. And it happened for Saif when the movie Kal Ho Na Ho starring Preity Zinta and Shahrukh Khan became a turning point in his career.
This was followed by more successes with films like Hum Tum, Parineeta, Being Cyrus, Omkara (in the negative role), Love Aaj Kal, Kurbaan, Aarakshan (mixed reviews), Cocktail, Race, and Race 2. In between, there were more flops, but again he regained success with Sacred Games, a crime thriller series on Netflix also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte. Saif did a challenging role in Laal Kaptaan which he considered his hardest attempt so far. But despite all his hardened efforts, the film failed to make a mark at the box office.
If there is any other movie after Kal Ho Na Ho that saved his acting career then it was Tanhaji, where he played the antagonist character Udaybhan Singh Rathore. His performance was greatly praised in it. To sum up, Saif has a mixture of ups and downs in his career graph. His recent film Vikram Vedha is still struggling to cross 175 crores at the box office.
He will once again play a negative character in the upcoming film Adipurush which stars Bahubali fame actor Prabhas and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. According to me, he needs to do more meatier and more challenging roles to get bigger success in his acting career. So let’s hope for the best for him.
Net worth
As of October 2022, $150 million is the estimated net worth of actor Saif Ali Khan. He has earned his fortune with his acting career. Even though there are very few films under his credit, still, he is trying his best to experiment with more challenging roles further.
